These terms apply whenever you book a service with SiteVision UK. By booking, you agree to them.
We provide construction progress photography, progress video, aerial photography and promotional video, as described on our Services page. Exact deliverables (number of photos, video length, delivery format) will be confirmed at the time of booking.
When is payment due — on booking, on delivery, or a deposit upfront with the balance on completion? Do you invoice monthly for subscription clients? Tell me your actual process and I'll fill this section in properly.
If a scheduled visit can't go ahead due to weather or unsafe flying conditions, it will be rearranged for the next suitable day at no extra cost.
What's your policy if the client cancels or reschedules — how much notice do you need, and is there a fee for late cancellation?
The client is responsible for ensuring safe and reasonable access to the site, and for informing relevant site personnel ahead of a visit, particularly for drone operations near active work areas.

Common practice is that the photographer retains copyright and grants the client a license to use the images for agreed purposes (marketing, site records, etc.), rather than transferring copyright outright — but this is your call to make.
